These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website, our appointment-booking forms, and our messaging channels (WhatsApp, SMS, email, telephone). By using any of these channels, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

When you share your phone number, email address or any other contact detail with Vinayaka Hospital, you agree to receive communications from us through those channels. This includes:

• Transactional messages — appointment confirmations and reminders, test reports, prescription summaries, follow-up instructions, payment receipts and similar operational communication.
• Promotional messages — occasional updates about new services, health camps, offers and useful health information, sent via WhatsApp, SMS or email.

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time using the methods set out in clause 5 below. Transactional messages may continue where they are required to deliver the service you have asked us for.

By using our services and communication channels, you agree to:

• provide accurate, complete and up-to-date contact and clinical information;
• use the WhatsApp, email and phone channels only for genuine medical, appointment-related or service queries;
• not send abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or unlawful content;
• not impersonate another person or share another person's information without their authorisation;
• not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape our content, or interfere with the operation of the website.

We may refuse, restrict or end communication with anyone who misuses these channels.

The information on this website and any reply received over WhatsApp, email or SMS is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for an in-person medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment. Treatment decisions are made only after a qualified consultation at the hospital. In a medical emergency, please call our 24×7 line on +91 99809 55836 or visit the nearest emergency room.

You can opt out of our communications at any time:

• WhatsApp: reply STOP to any of our messages, or send STOP to our WhatsApp number.
• Email / SMS: click the unsubscribe link in any promotional email, or write to care@myvinayakahospital.com.

If you have a complaint about a message, our service or how your data has been handled, write to our Grievance Officer at care@myvinayakahospital.comwith the subject line “Grievance”. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and resolve them within fifteen days.

All content on this website — including text, photographs, the Vinayaka Hospital logo, illustrations and design — is owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied, redistributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinayaka Hospital is not liable for:

• any delay, failure or interruption in delivery of WhatsApp, SMS or email messages caused by Meta Platforms, telecom operators or other third-party providers;
• any misuse of our communication channels by persons impersonating us or our staff;
• any loss arising out of your reliance on general information published on the website or shared over WhatsApp without an in-person consultation;
• any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of the website.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for matters that cannot be limited or excluded under Indian law, including for our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised effective date. Where the changes are material, we will notify you through the contact channels you have shared with us before the changes take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
