Empathy first
We treat people, not patient IDs. Doctors here take the time to listen, explain and check in afterwards.
About Vinayaka Hospital
For over 25 years we have cared for families in BTM, Bommanahalli and the surrounding parts of south Bengaluru — looking after pregnancies, raising newborns, and standing by patients through every stage of adult health.
Our story
Vinayaka Hospital was founded by Dr. Jaya Subrahmanyam, a fertility and obstetrics specialist who started a small women's health practice in BTM with one belief — that good maternity care should feel warm, not transactional.
Word travelled quickly through the neighbourhood. Families who had their first child with us came back for their second; their parents came in for cardiac check-ups; their children grew up visiting our paediatricians. Over time, the practice grew into the multi-speciality unit it is today, while keeping that same neighbourhood-clinic feel.
Today we count 25,000+ consultations, 2,000+ surgeries and 2,500+ babies delivered — but we still measure success the same way we did on day one: by whether you leave feeling heard, looked after and clear about your next step.
To deliver evidence-based, compassionate healthcare — particularly for women, children and growing families — and to keep raising the standard of what neighbourhood-scale medical care looks like.
To be the most trusted multi-speciality unit in south Bengaluru — where clinical excellence sits alongside the kind of personal care you would expect from a family doctor.
What we stand for
We treat people, not patient IDs. Doctors here take the time to listen, explain and check in afterwards.
We recommend the least-invasive option that works — and tell you what we don't know rather than guessing.
We measure what we deliver — successful pregnancies, healthy children, restored mobility, peace of mind.
Our consultants attend annual updates and follow current Indian (FOGSI, IAP, API) and international guidelines.
Our strengths
Each department is led by a specialist with a decade or more of focused clinical experience.
Dedicated labour rooms, sterilised operating theatres, postnatal ward, in-house lab and pharmacy.
A high-risk pregnancy that needs a cardiologist, or a child that needs a dermatologist — handled in one visit.
Health blogs
